This in-depth, hands-on training will help you build a strong meditation foundation with 80 hours of in-class education and a minimum of 20 hours of meditation practice on the student’s own time.
Each day of the training begins with a group meditation and includes plenty of practice teaching time, group discussion, and solo work.

Meditation history and philosophy from both Eastern and Western approaches
Meditation modalities and styles from different traditions
Foundational meditation and breathwork techniques
Meditation poses and postures
How to deepen your own practice and self-discovery
How to define, start, and grow your meditation business
Beginner anatomy for meditation
Basic understanding of the central nervous system (parasympathetic and sympathetic)
Biomechanics (accessibility, safety, alignment, alternatives, uses of props)
Teaching methodology including sequencing, pacing, themes, cues, and class management
How to develop your own teaching style and approach
